Seems to be a newer model that looks a lot like the Touring hub from outward appearances. Comes with endcaps to set up 130mm or 135mm, but only the left endcap varies, so this affects the flange offsets and wheel dish. Stack height of endcaps: Left QR endcap = 18.8mm for 130mm, 23.8mm for 135mm. Right QR endcap = 13.9mm (for both 130 and 135). Hub appears to be compatible with 12mm thru-axle with different endcaps. -Karl
