10/13/2020 -- Confirmed flange diameters and spacing on a used specimen in a wheel. Note that the page linked to incorrectly says the flange-to-flange spacing of this hub is 71mm; this must be a typo on their part. It is indeed about 93.5mm center-to-center of the flanges, and they seem to be symmetrical between the dropouts. This hub has a weird endcap system: There is a small outer cap that cups over the end of the captive endcaps, and is retained by a small O-ring that sits in a glad on the ID of the small outer cap. With the small outer caps in place, the hub measures 15x150. With the caps removed, it measures 15x143mm, which I don't believe is an existing axle standard. Perhaps they have plug-in endcaps (that would need to overlap the floating captive endcaps and slide through the bearing inner races a ways) that convert this to a QR axle or a 12mm axle diameter. -Karl
