Hub comes with endcaps that allow it to convert between 10x170 and 12x177 without wheel redishing. Drive side endcap has lefthand threads and retains the freehub body. Non-drive side endcap pushes on with a captive O-ring for friction. Tools required to swap caps are an axle vise or strong hands to pull off the left cap, then a 12mm allen key to stabilize the axle while a 5mm allen key (for QR cap) or 17mm wrench (for 12mm cap) is used to unscrew the right cap. -Karl
