8/7/2020 -- Contributor's notes: Whiskey delivers rim with 0.25mm thick flat nipple washers, which are REQUIRED on rim.
Whiskey Product page lists ERD as 557, but measured ~560mm with washers installed and ~559mm with washers not installed. Washers look as though they may deform under tension to take nipple seat shape, but unsure.
Called Whiskey Tech support to discuss ERD measurement difference, they spoke to design engineers and their wheel builders and recommended to use the 559-560mm number instead of 557.
Rim has slight offset drilling, but unconfident on measurement made, so listed as 0mm, probably closer to 0.5-1mm per side, minimal impact on spoke length
